DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

Meiema Nika (Hadassah Creative) has agreed to provide photography services for the above mentioned event, as a client of Meiema Nika (Hadassah Creative) you can expect to be treated with the utmost respect, receiving cheerful and clear communication.
Meiema Nika (Hadassah Creative) will provide you with photos of all the key moments of your special occasion, and is open to any requests as long as they are communicated before the date of the event. If requests aren’t communicated in advance, Meiema Nika (Hadassah Creative) will endeavour to meet your request within reason. If you would like to see the list of key moments, please message meiema@hadassahcreative.com.au and she will provide you with any information you would like in regards to her services for this event.
Your photos will be provided to you digitally via an online gallery. You can opt to receive your photos via USB for an extra $50, postage incl.
You will receive your photos within 6 - 8 weeks of your wedding date.
If you have opted in for our videography service, you will receive your wedding video within 8 weeks. This will be delivered digitally via Google Drive.
Please note that if a public holiday falls around the time of your wedding, your gallery/video may be delayed. We will communicate if there are any delays.
In order for Meiema Nika (Hadassah Creative) to provide you with the best quality photos, she requests exclusive coverage of your day. There’s nothing worse than a freelance iPhone photographer blocking your shot. This is not a requirement but is preferred, especially as you’re paying me to provide you a professional service. Meiema Nika (Hadassah Creative) will not be held accountable for any loss of photos due to guest interference.
In the event that the bride, groom or any wedding guest is too tired to take photos and we run out of time later, Meiema Nika (Hadassah Creative) will not be held liable. Please ensure that you schedule in some down time if you think that you will need a breather before taking photos.
When dealing with large groups of people, it is helpful to have a point person to help organise group photos. For example you might want to have an extended family photo, but “Uncle Kev” is missing, and your photographer wouldn’t know that, unless there was a key person who knows a majority of the guests and would be able to recognise if someone was missing. This isn’t necessary but would be very helpful.
Meiema Nika (Hadassah Creative) expects to receive a rundown of the day and a runsheet at least two weeks prior to the event, if you would like help ordering the day, feel free to ask for help.
PRIVACY WAIVER

Due to the nature of photography services, all guests will appear in photos at some point, unless specifically requested. If a guest communicates with Meiema Nika (Hadassah Creative) that they don’t want their photos taken, she cannot be held liable for the lack of photos associated with that individual.
SCHEDULE
*
It’s completely understandable if you haven’t nutted out all the ins and outs of your day a year out. Meiema Nika (Hadassah Creative) will work closely alongside you to confirm all the necessary details in order for her to effectively provide her services. However, she requires a detailed outline of the day at least two weeks prior to the event.
PAYMENT
*
All invoices from Meiema Nika (Hadassah Creative) will have a due date. Please ensure that you meet your payment deadlines. If you cannot meet the due date, please communicate in advance if there are any issues. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of service.
MODEL RELEASE
*
The client grants Meiema Nika (Hadassah Creative) the irrevocable and unlimited consent to use the photographs of the clients and their guests for editorial, advertising and any other purpose/in any manner, to alter without restriction, and to copyright the images. Clients release the photographer and legal representation from all liability and claims in connection with the photographs.
COPYRIGHT

Copyright remains with Meiema Nika (Hadassah Creative), and she provides these photos to you, your family and friends for personal use only. Sale, publication, and commercial use is not permitted unless you’ve received written permission from the photographer.
LIMIT OF LIABILITY

If Meiema Nika (Hadassah Creative) is unable to supply services due to illness or injury, she will offer an alternative or provide you with a full refund, including the booking fee/deposit.
In the unlikely event her camera/accessories become damaged or stolen, she will refund the percentage of the amount of photos lost.
CANCELLATION
*
If the client no longer wishes to use the services provided by Meiema Nika (Hadassah Creative), they will need to provide confirmation of cancellation via email.
Booking fee/deposit is non-refundable.
If cancellation is submitted more than 30 days before the event, a partial refund will be provided (50%).
If cancellation is submitted less than 30 days before the event, it becomes non-refundable.
